On 22nd December 2024, Kamlesh Cancer Foundation organized a Cancer Awareness Camp in Herbertpur, Vikas Nagar, 35 km from Dehradun, to promote early cancer detection and awareness.
A special shoutout to Mrs. Tanzeem, a breast cancer survivor, and her daughter Ms. Sana, whose dedication made this event possible. Their efforts brought together 50 women and 10 men from the local community, creating an impactful session!
The session focused on:
Recognizing the warning signs of cancer
Importance of early detection
Addressing myths and doubts about cancer and its treatment
Participants engaged actively, asking thoughtful questions, which were addressed with clarity and compassion.
Together, we continue our mission to spread awareness, empower communities, and foster proactive health-seeking behaviors.
